Alan Forse

As Volunteer Co-ordinator my focus is ensuring that everyone who volunteers at the club feels valued, developed, supported and has the confidence and knowledge to undertake their roles to the best of their ability.

Alan is a sprinter 100/200 and 400m.

Been involved in athletics for over 60 years, at Bristol and Thames Valley AC.

Represented Midland, Southern Counties and the AAA’s

Joined Southampton AC as a Masters athlete in 2016 and is coached by Jon Tilt.

Won three bronze medals at the World Masters Championships in 2018 at Malaga
