Run with Purpose – Worthing 10K 2026

We’re looking to get a team together to take on a running challenge that offers more than just a medal.

Care for Veterans is inviting our members to take part in the Worthing 10K taking place on Sunday 7 June 2026. 

This year’s event will include a truly moving moment. A former Care for Veterans resident, who uses a wheelchair, is taking part in the race. After months of intensive physiotherapy, he is now learning to walk again and is aiming to stand up and walk the final 100 metres himself.

Runners will have the chance to run alongside disabled veterans and their supporters, sharing encouragement and being part of an inclusive, emotional and unforgettable race-day atmosphere.

Why Care for Veterans?

Care for Veterans supports disabled veterans with nursing care, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and wellbeing services, helping them live with dignity, independence and hope. Funds raised through the Worthing 10K directly support this life-changing work.
