RR10 Race Hursley 20th August 2025

Date: Wed 20th Aug Start: 7:00pm prompt IBM Hursley, Hursley Park Rd SO21 2JN 

Please enter Hursley Park Rd at entrance at south end of Hursley (opposite end of Poles Lane) 

The car park will be open from 1800 and will close at 2100 Parking is available at the site but space is limited, so please car share if possible. 

Course We are using a similar course to the last year. However there will be a cricket match in progress on the main cricket pitch so the finish will be on the start field. Course is a lap of the start field, 2 full laps plus an extra lap of the start field to finish, course length 4.1m approx. Mixture of grass and made up paths. As always be aware of uneven ground and tree roots, plus loose gravel on some paths. 

Setup area: Club flags can be put up near the start & finish lines. 

Refreshments: There will be water available at the event finish area. Please bring your own cup or drinking bottle as cups will not be provided. We will be providing cakes ! The bar in the pavilion will be open following the race. 

Facilities: Toilets and changing rooms are available in the pavilion. Please use the facilities provided rather than the grounds. As noted above there will be a cricket match is progress so please avoid walking across the main cricket pitch.
