There are no toilet facilities. The school and surrounding grounds are out of bounds to
competitors. Please respect this as we rely on good relations with the school to keep this event
going.
The finish area is on a public right of way. Please put your club sails, tents etc.to the right hand
side of the main path in the marked areas. A warm up area will be marked out as the start area is
prepared for the race. Water will be available, please bring your own drinking vessels.
Please arrive in good time. There will be a 10 minute walk to the start. On the way to the start
please don't enter the fields on your left as there is a grass seed crop and an environmental
habitat scheme. Please observe this strictly as again we rely on good relations with Home Farm.
The course length is approximately 5 miles. It is run on grass tracks and gravel tracks and is an
out and back route, please stay on the right hand side of the track. Do be aware that there are a
number of fallen branches and tree roots, particularly close to the race finish approach.
