Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear Member

This is to give notice that Southampton Athletic Club's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Monday 8 December 2025 at the View, Southampton Sports Centre  starting at 7.30pm
.
This will be a hybrid meeting so members will have the option to attend in person, or be sent a meeting link just prior to the meeting.

Please find attached a Proposal Form for any member wishing to propose any resolution to be discussed and voted upon at the AGM, or for nominations for Committee roles.

Please note there is no Any Other Business taken at the AGM; members are requested to raise any items using the Proposal form. 

Please return completed Proposal Form to the Club Secretary, Diane Reavey, jdreavey@talktalk.net no later than 5pm on Sunday 23 November 2025 

Please email Diane if you wish to attend the AGM, either in person so adequate seating is planned, or virtually so that a meeting link can be sent to you shortly before the meeting date.
