Annual General Meeting 15th January 2024

This is to give notice that Southampton Athletic Club's 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on: 

Monday 15 January 2024 at The View, Southampton Sports Centre, starting at 7.30pm 
. 
This will be a hybrid meeting so members will have the option to attend in person, or be sent a meeting link just prior to the meeting. 

Please find attached a Proposal Form for any member wishing to propose any resolution to be discussed and voted upon at the AGM, or for nominations for Committee roles. 

Please note there is no Any Other Business taken at the AGM; members are requested to raise any items using the Proposal form.  

The Club is also seeking to appoint a Club President, and nominations for this role are invited from the membership. To do so, please also use the linked Proposal Form, ensure you seek permission from the person you wish to nominate, and that your proposal is seconded.
