All Cheers for the Awards Evening

Friday 4th March saw the return of the Annual Awards Evening. After a gap of over 2 year SAC came back together to celebrate the success and reward members for their unwavering support. Our guest speaker and presenter for the evening, the Honorary Dr. Aaron Phipps MBE and Olympic Gold Medallist from Tokyo 2020 in Wheelchair Rugby delivered an engaging, inspirational and entertaining start to the evening.

The compere and presenter for the evening was our very own Jon Tilt who himself received a Life Membership from Mary Axtell our Club President. Standing with Jon to receive Life Membership was Tony Fern, Richie Pearson and Michael Coker. All have been dedicated members of SAC for many years and truly deserving recipients.

Thanks go to the organising team, Tim Hall, Jon Tilt, Tracey Jones, Nicci Bollinger and Nikki Purse.
