Ben Brown goes top of European Rankings

After finishing third at a very windy and and wet Chichester 10k last Sunday. Ben Brown, who is coached by Peter Haynes, traveled to Lee Valley on Wednesday for an indoor BMC 3000m.

Ben's aim was to see how close he could get to the European u18 Championships qualifying time of 8.28.00.

He absolutely smashed it clocking 8.20.42, a 17 second PB!.

Ben is now number 1 in the European rankings.
