Regional Volunteer Awards – Good luck Jon Tilt

This Monday the South East Regional Volunteer awards will be announced, Jon is one of two shortlisted for the award of South East Regional Coach of the Year.

Hi coaching group has athletes ranging from 17 year olds to 80 and from 100m sprints to 800m and longer. He has the ability to connect with everyone in the group to motivate and deliver the coaching that brings out the best in the individual.

He is a successful athlete with multiple track medals and true supporter of Southampton Athletic Club, having been a successful team manager, presenter at the awards evening and part of the club committee.
