Junior Coach Development Pathway

Southampton Athletic Club (SAC) is justifiably proud of its team of coaches who work as volunteers across all events and ability levels to develop athletes.

SAC supports and develops its prospective junior coaches by means of a Junior Coach Development Pathway undertaken within the framework of the SAC Junior Academy with its focus on a multi-skilled approach.

We will support members to complete England Athletics Coach qualifications and you will be supported with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) via UKA training and other external workshops.
