SAC Track Users – Important Information

Active Nation will be asking for proof of access to the track or asking you to pay the appropriate session fee.

Athletes with HTAS or SAC inclusive membership must be able to show a valid membership card if asked. Coaches, who are not paid SAC members, can gain access by showing a valid England Athletics Coach Licence.

SAC Full member, Facility only member, Family Membership and Academy Membership have access to the track at no extra cost on the following days and times, floodlights will be used if needed:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 9pm
• SAC members have EXCLUSIVE use Tuesday evening 6:30pm - 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday mornings 9am - 12 noon
• Wednesday 5.30pm to 7.30pm April-September EXCLUSIVE to the SAC Academy
• Wednesday 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Members with 'Competition Only' do NOT have inclusive track access and will need to pay each time they use the track.

Active Nation also retain the right to book the track for exclusive use to SAC or other users during these times, notification of bookings will be posted on the website or on Facebook.

With the exception of exclusive times, the public also retain full rights and liberty to access the facilities.

Use of the track outside these days and times can be made by paying Active Nation the appropriate fee. Information on fees can be found on their website:

The easiest way to show your membership card is to download the Loveadmin App and add a photograph.

You can also open the loveadmin membership system on-line, add a photo and print a card to carry.

Please be able to show your membership card if asked, if you are unable to show a valid card you may be asked by Active Nation to pay the appropriate session fee.
