Rod Lock appointed VP of BMC

Congratulations to SAC coach Rod Lock who was recently made a vice-president of the British Milers' Club. A richly deserved reward.

Rod is a UK level 4 performance coach from 800m to marathon. He has been coaching for 25 years and has been privileged to coach many international athletes and medal winners on all surfaces including track, road and cross country. From 800m to World Cross and European Cross championships. His coaching philosophy is based on multi-tier, multi-pace training with attention to individual coaching.
