Winning Summer Academy

Southampton has held Summer Academy Courses for the first time and it proved to be a winner for all involved. Athletes were treated to three one hour sessions at the sports centre in glorious sunshine. They were coached in a range of events by experienced SAC coaches and ended with an Olympic inspired relay.
