SAC athletes compete in U11 Regional Final

I am delighted to share some good news.

To date 3 Hampshire indoor Sportshall competitions have taken place access the county and it has been amazing to see so many SAC athletes competing for the club. The girls and boys have performed amazing well with 7 SAC athletes being selected for the U11s Hampshire Squad.

The children selected were Nathan Bell, Charlie Hough, Keelan Channing-Wood, Aman Uni, Jack Hawkins, Isabelle Wardle and Gracie Osman. The Regional final took place at the Triangle Centre in Wessex Sussex on Sunday 3rd March. It is acknowledged that this Region is the most competitive, both teams performed amazing with the girls just missing out on Bronze medals by 5 points and the boys came a respectable 5th place.

It was an amazing event and throughly enjoyed by the whole Hampshire squad and the 7 Southampton athletes can be extremely proud of making the squad and performing so admirably.
