Max is 5th in south of England 10,000m

The South of England 10,000m championships took place in Aylesbury on Wednesday with father and son Pete & Max Costley running in the same race. Max posted a lifetime best of 33 mins 49.90 secs to finish 5th with father Pete finishing 4 minutes behind in 12th place but was the first over 50 man to finish. Full results through the link below.
