Vic, Jon & Ed win Masters gold

The Southern Counties and Vetarans AC masters championships took place at Kingston on Sunday with Vic Novell, Jon Tilt and Ed Connolly sharing 5 gold medals between them. Vic took the over 70 mens 100m & 200m sprint double, whilst Jon did the over 50 mens 400m and 400m hurdles double.  Ed Connolly contented himself with just 1 race over 800m but he also took gold in the over 65 mens age group.  Rod Davies also took part coming 5th in the over 55 mens 100m and 3rd in the 200m.
