Dave is 3rd in pb as world record goes again

Dave Henson continued his improvement as he prepares for the Rio paralympics with another pb for 3rd place in the T42 200m in the IPC Grand Prix final in the Olympic stadium yesterday afternoon. Teammate Richard Whitehead celebrated his 40th birthday with a new world record of 23.03 but will surely go under the 23 second mark in Rio and there is definately a new kid on the T42 block as 14 year old South African Ntando Mahlangu came 2nd in a new personal best of 23.97 secs.
