Lizzie just misses out on final

Two of the clubs athletes were in action yesterday at the British championships in Birmingham. Lizzie Clifford was 4th in heat 3 of the womens 400m hurdles in a time just over 61 seconds and just missed out on a place in today's final as a fastest loser.  Sean Adams was 6th in heat 4 of the mens equivilent race.
