Ben Brown wins U11 race at Vitality Westminster mile

At the same vitality London event last Sunday, when the clubs seniors took on the 10K race as reported a few days ago there was also a mile race for junior athletes. Three of the clubs young athletes from our youngest age group took on the mile race and were rewarded with good results with Ben Brown winning the U11 race in an astonishing time for an 11 year old of just over 5 minutes.  Ben's friend Theo Abbt was 8th just 30 seconds behind and Annie Mann took part in the girls race and also achieved a good finishing position in 11th.
