Dave takes a second off his pb at invictus games

Life member Dave Henson put in a world class performance at the 200m in the invictus games in Orlando in Florida on Tuesday. Dave took over a second off his T42 200m best running 25.04 secs to go top of the world rankings and remind everyone that he continues to rapidly improve as we move towards the paralympics in Rio. Dave looked noticeably more relaxed than when running in the IPC World championships in Doha in October as he powered down the home straight and was given his gold medal by his great friend Prince Harry.
